Proffile of Presiding Member

Hon. Clement Attafuah works at Youth Employment Agency as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Birim central Municipal Assembly from 2017 to date. 
He is an Elected Assembly Member representing the good people of Towobotom Electoral Area of the Birim Central Municipal.  

Hon. Clement Attafuah is a results oriented, creative, innovative and committed to any task assigned to him.

Hon Clement Attafuah holds a Diploma in Business Administration, Bachelor in Human Resource Management from University of Education winneba. He also holds certificate in monitoring and evaluation at Presbyterian university college Abetifi, certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation with Project Management at IPMP, and  Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation from Institute of Leadership and Strategic Management Africa.
